Again this year, Flensborg H3 will set their traditonala runs and join the Oktoberfest at Hansens Brauerei.

You get :
Run, fun, drinkstops, snacks and downdowns. Saturday and Sunday.
Entrance fee for the Oktoberfest at Hansens Brauerei.
And of cource...the pleasant company of the Flensburg H3 ;o)

You don't get :
Food and beer/drinks at the Hansens Brauerei. For this you have to pay yourself.
accommodation (see below). You must book a hotel/room yourself.

Program :

Saturday
13.30 Run starts from Flensburg ZOB - following circle and downdowns
19.00 Oktoberfest - Hansens Brauerei. live band, dress up..!)

Sunday
11.00 Run starts ZOB - following circle and downdowns

Registration :
Send an email to one of the AH3-comm.members (see Committee on this site)
Price : 20 Euroes. You can transfer money in advance - or pay in Flensborg.
But please - only register if you are sure to attend. (or you want to send us the 20 euroes anyway ;o)
We are buying the Oktoberfest-tickets in advance, and don't want to loose too much money on people not showing up.
Sometimes emails end up in spam-filters, so if you are sending an email, you are NOT registered until your name appears on the "who is comming list".

We need your registration no later than september 1, 2014.
After september 1, we cannot guarantee tickets for Hansens Brauerei.
It's possible that tickets aren't sold out. And we can get more. But you are running a big rick waiting !

Practical info :

Accommodation.
Prior years, most participants used the IBIS hotel in Flensborg. For some reason this hotel is not available this weekend.
Instead we recommend the Ayun Hotel Flensburg, WilhelmstraÃ?e 1, 241937 Flensburg
This hotel is close to venue/city/brauerei
